A: Opening day is Tuesday April 21, 2026!

Spring hours are Monday - Friday  3:00pm to 9:30pm

Saturday 12:00pm to 9:30pm

Q: How does the Lucky Name of the Day promotion work?

A: We have gathered a long list of names from our customers to be used in our Lucky Name of the Day promotion. Please look below to see how to submit a name. Before our season begins, we configure a calendar that includes a name, or multiple names, for each day we are open. If your FIRST name is posted as the Lucky Name of the Day on Instagram Stories and Facebook, you may stop by to receive a free small soft serve or a one scoop hard serve ice cream. The names are  posted on our social media by 7:30am and are valid from Opening time to 9:30pm on that day only.  The Lucky Name person must be present at Kloter's to receive their ice cream.

We do not issue rainchecks.

Also note that more unique/uncommon names are posted on Mondays.

Q: Can I submit a first name for the "Lucky Name of the Day"?

A: Absolutely! Simply send us a message on Facebook or Instagram OR tell us the next time you are at the Order window. We are happy to add them to our ever-growing list!

Q: How do I purchase a gift certificate?

A:  You may purchase gift cards at the shop OR Click the link below to purchase your egift certificate online. If you wish to print the egift certificate, simply email it to yourself, print, and wrap!
